Lynda and Mike Messman have been South Shore Residents since 1995. BorMan Construction was started in 2000 and both Mike and Lynda are state licensed residential contractors.

They will assist you in the planning and design of your new home, remodel or addition. You are not limited to using their plans or designs. A number of their homes and additions have been designed by others. They directly oversee the daily operations of construction in Hillsborough County because they live in the area.

Our Experience

The same quality and attention goes into every project whether it's an addition, remodel or custom home. Additions range in size and new homes we've built have been from 1,100 square feet to 11,000 square feet.
