Lynda and Mike Messman have been South Shore Residents since 1995. BorMan Construction was established in 2000 and Mike and Lynda are state licensed commercial and residential contractors.

   They strive to provide you with the highest level of professional service by personally overseeing the daily operations of your project and by keeping you informed throughout the construction process.

Our custom homes range in size from 1,100 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Whether you are just starting out, moving up, adding on or retiring we are dedicated to building to your complete satisfaction.

Our experience is not limited to on-grade construction. We have built on the water, in flood zones and in wind born debris areas. Some additions we have built have been as small as a bathroom and others have been larger than a small home. We are committed to making the addition appear to have always been there.
